And whilst there’s definitely a lot of multicultural influences in our food too; it’s the local delights filled with fresh tangs that’ll really drive those tastebuds crazy. Served up in range of remarkably unique locations – whether it’s by the beach or nestled in the countryside between wineries or the vibrant city atmosphere, there’s a lot of good grub to be had. 1. We have such amazing paddock to place produce in WA, Kathy. But I bet you discovered quite a lot when you travelled through?

  2. When you look back over the last 20 or so years, Australia has really matured with the fabulous food products now available and these are great examples of what is now available. I recall as a child that things we take for granted now, such as olive oil, avocados, macadamias, etc were so exotic!

  3. My goodness, I need to get my hands on some of that Honey Almond Nougat Liqueur!! Wow.
